Property prices bottoming out?
With mortgage rates so low, house prices still declining, is it time to start speculating that the market is bottoming out? The latest hometrack figures released who that house price fell again by 0.3%, but that is a relatively modest decline compared with some of the previous house price falls we have had.
I will personally be waiting for a bit longer to see how the trend continues over the next couple of months to see what happens with the GDP and unemployment figures.
