The latest hometrack figures released who that house price fell again by 0.3%, but that is a relatively modest decline compared with some of the previous house price falls we have had.

I will personally be waiting for a bit longer to see how the trend continues over the next couple of months to see what happens with the GDP and unemployment figures.
